📦 Sree Computers: Return & Refund Policy 

1. Return Period We offer a 10-day return and replacement policy for all electronics, including RAM, motherboards, and computer peripherals, starting from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Reasons for Return

• Manufacturing Defects: We provide a full replacement or refund for any technical or manufacturing issues found within 10 days.

• Damaged on Arrival: If the package is damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Wrong Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items with physical damage caused by improper installation or handling.

• Software or products with broken seal stickers (unless defective).

5. How to Start a Return Please email us at sales@sreecomputer.com or WhatsApp us at [044-42149614] with your Order ID and photos of the product. Once approved, you can ship the item back to our Chennai store or visit us in person.
